The cover pit behind the pool is a well-known classic. Between pool and pit there’s a concrete wall or a tailor-made panel out of fiberglass.

We recommend to install a main drain in the cover pit and the water level of the pool should be monitored at all times. A stainless steel or aluminium beam in combination with a wooden deck cover the pit. The water level is about 10-12cm lower than the coping, depending on the type of beam.

For larger pools the beam needs extra supports to limit its deflection.
